How do I activate a Benefactor Membership?
To access to this position, AEN requires members to use Sponsor Reservations.
These reservations serve two purposes:
1. They allow Expense members time to use Expense Accounts to help them pay bills.
2. Provide time to process expense value for Benefactor activations.
These Reservations serve as deposits for Benefactor Memberships before bills become available.
* Benefactor Reservations have an activation period of up to 3 months to allow equal access to all AEN members.
* Reservations can be transferred to any member of AEN at prorate value. If a Benefactor member transfers their reservation to another member, they will receive more than the reservation cost. This means AEN members can gain value for holding reservations for future Benefactor Members.
* All transfers are subject to membership demand.
The following network positions allow AEN members to use Sponsor Memberships:
Benefactor Membership
The Benefactor Membership is a monthly Sponsor position.
An Access Reservation of $20 to $40 must be loaded before each Benefactor unit can be activated. (Reservation refund is included in the rebate.)
After the reservation cycle, Benefactor Members receive an email notice to activate their membership.
This position allows members to receive a $700 membership rebate, for sponsoring a $500 unit of copay discount resources.
Rebates are disbursed after a 30 day expense cycle to the member's credit union account.
*Reservation load costs are issued with Network updates.
*Access Reservation: $20 to $50
*Benefactor Activation Cycle: 30 days
*Load Cost (after reservation): $500
*Membership Rebate (including reservation): $700
Regent Executor Membership
The Regent Executor Membership is a semi annual Sponsor position.
This AEN position grants a $7,000 membership rebate for sponsoring a $5,000 unit of copay discount production for 6 months.
Rebates are disbursed after a 6 month expense cycle to the member's credit union account.
*This Network Membership has a transfer option which allows the holder to transfer this position to any other AEN member as a gift or at prorate value.
*Activation Period: 6 months
*Load Cost: $5k
*Membership Rebate: $7k
Estate Membership
The Estate Membership is an annual Sponsor position.
This AEN position grants a $70,000 membership rebate for sponsoring a $50,000 unit of copay discount resources for 1 year.
Rebates are disbursed after a 12 month expense cycle to the member's credit union account.
*Activation Period: 12 months
*Load Cost: $50k
*Membership Rebate: $70k
*This Network Membership has a transfer option which allows the holder to transfer this position to any AEN member as a gift or at prorate value.
